Terms of service

These terms apply when you buy from the Inspire Dance Academy shop, operated by Vimonel Trust. By placing an order you accept them.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm your order by email. If we cannot fulfil an order — an item is discontinued, or a price or description was wrong — we will contact you and refund you in full.

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.

Student name and class days

We ask for a student name and class day on every order so we can match it to the right dancer and studio. Please give us accurate details — orders with missing or incorrect information may be delayed while we check with you.

Collection

This is a collection-only shop. We do not post orders. You choose Varsity Lakes or Helensvale at checkout and we email you when your order is ready.

• In-stock items are usually ready within 24 hours.
• Items we order in for you typically take one to four weeks.
• If your item is at the other studio, allow about two days for us to move it across.

Bring your order number when you collect. Please collect within 60 days of us telling you it is ready — after that, contact us before coming in so we can make sure your order is still set aside.

Backorders

Some items can be ordered even when we have none in stock. We will tell you at the time and give an estimated wait. Estimates depend on our suppliers and are not guarantees. You can cancel a backordered item for a full refund any time before you collect it.

Stock and pricing

We try to keep stock levels and prices accurate, but errors happen. If an item's price was listed incorrectly, we will contact you before charging you and you may cancel.

Returns

See our refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

Liability

Nothing here excludes any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Where the law allows us to limit our liability, our liability for any item is limited to replacing it, supplying it again, or refunding what you paid for it.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published when you place your order is the one that applies to that order.
